Crème de Peche and Peach Puree shaken and finished with Prosecco.
Rossini
Crème de Fraise and Strawberry Puree shaken and finished with Prosecco.

Limoncello straight from the freezer and topped with Prosecco

Martell VS Cognac and Raspberry Puree shaken and topped with Champagne.

Mojito Especial
The famous Cuban mix of bruised Mint leaves, fresh Lime juice, sugar syrup and Havana Club Especial served tall over crushed ice and topped with soda.
GSA Mojito
Named after the Guildford School of Acting. Mint leaves, fresh lime, sugar syrup, raspberry puree and Havana Club Especial. Served tall with crushed ice and topped with cranberry juice.
Caipirinha
The Brazilian classic of juice from a whole lime muddled with Demerara sugar and topped with Sagatiba Pura Cachaca and crushed ice.
Passion Fruit Caprioska
A fruity twist to the classic using 42 Below Passion fruit Vodka.
Strawberry & Mint Daiquiri
Havana Club Anejo Blanco Rum, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, strawberry puree and fresh mint shaken and served in a martini glass. A popular drink in Cuba where it is known as Daiquiri de Fresa.
Mai Tai
In Tahitian Mai Tai means ‘out of this world-the best”. Appleton VX Rum, Orange Curacao, Orgeat Syrup and fresh lime juice are shaken and served short
Dark & Stormy
A devastating blend of Goslings Black Seal Rum, lime juice and ginger beer. The national drink of Bermuda, where ginger beer and Gosling’s rum are produced.
Passion Fruit Margarita
Sauza Hacienda Tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, agave syrup and passionfruit puree are shaken hard and served in a coupette. The flavour of Tequila is very evident in this fruity adaptation.

Espresso Martini
Wyborowa Vodka, Kahlua, sugar syrup and espresso coffee, shaken and served in a martini glass. This is the connoisseur’s way of combining caffeine and vodka.
Sour Apple Martini
Wyborowa Vodka, Sourz Apple and lime juice shaken and served ice cold. Lovely, crisp and hugely popular across North America.
Breakfast Martini
Created in the late 1990s by Salvatore Calabrese at the Library Bar, London. Orange Marmalade, Beefeater Gin, Triple Sec & Lemon Juice are combined to make this truly remarkable cocktail.
French Martini
Chambord Black Raspberry and pineapple juice laced with Wyborowa Vodka. Easy drinking and very fruity.
Elderflower Martini
A taste of spring in a glass. Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka, Elderflower cordial and apple juice.
Turkish Martini
Cariel Vanilla Vodka,White Crème de Cacao and rose water are combined to make this Turkish delight.
Polish Martini
All the classic Polish vodkas in one glass. Zubrowka Bison Grass, Krupnik Honey and Wyborowa shaken with apple juice.
PIANO BAR CLASSICS
Cosmopolitan
Lemon Vodka shaken with fresh lime, Triple Sec and cranberry juice. Served classic with a flambé orange peel. During the 1990s this was one of the most popular cocktails in London and New York.
Seabreeze
Wyborowa Vodka and grapefruit juice shaken and served tall over cranberry juice and ice. Thought to have originated in the early 1990s in New York City.
Bramble
Beefeater Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup shaken and served over crushed ice. A drizzle of Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur to finish. One of the most enduring and endearing drinks to come out of the 1980s.
Singapore Sling
Beefeater Gin, Benedictine D.O.M Liqueur, Cherry Brandy, angostura bitters and lemon juice shaken and topped with soda. Said to be the original Singapore Sling recipe.
Bloody Mary
A large measure of Wyborowa Vodka is served with our house blend of spices and sauces. Our version of the classic created in 1920 by Fernand Petiot at Harry’s New York Bar, Paris, France.
Whiskey Sour
Buffalo Trace Bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup, angostura bitters and egg white (optional) are shaken and served short over ice. Very smooth with a hint of citrus sourness and an invigorating blast of Kentucky Whiskey.
Mint Julep
We infuse Buffalo Trace Bourbon with mint and sugar syrup overnight and serve over crushed ice with a splash of soda. The first written reference to a julep cocktail was by a Virginian gentleman in 1787.
Old Fashioned
Buffalo Trace Bourbon is stirred with sugar absorbed with angostura bitters and ice. An orange twist is added at the end. We pride ourselves on this cocktail as the stirring and melting of ice cubes is key to the dilution and taste of this sublime classic.
TICKLED FAVOURITES
Three Berry Collins
Beefeater Gin, Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur and strawberry and raspberry purees are shaken with lemon juice and sugar syrup. Finally topped with cranberry juice. A fruity version of the classic Collins cocktail.
Elderflower Collins
Beefeater Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup are combined with soda. Long, balanced and refreshing.
Orchard Crush
Calvados is shaken with damson preserve, lemon juice and sugar syrup and served short. Apple brandy and damson jam combine brilliantly in this tangy but not at all sweet cocktail.
Wisley Garden
Hendricks Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, apple and lime juice are shaken and served tall. Quintessentially English in flavour – anyone for croquet?
Almond & Rum Sour
A perfect combination of Havana Club Anejo Blanco Rum and Dissarano Amaretto. Shaken with lemon juice, angostura bitters, sugar syrup and egg white (optional).
Blushing Buffalo
Buffalo Trace Bourbon is shaken with Crème de Framboise, strawberry puree and maple syrup. Strawberry and maple syrup combine brilliantly with bourbon in this fantastic drink.
GU1
A fantastic blend of Krupnik Honey Liqueur, Chambord Black Raspberry Liquer, raspberry puree and lime juice. Served short over crushed ice.
Crazy Gringo
Our twist on the Espresso Martini. Matching Wyborowa Vodka, Patron XO Café Liqueur, agave syrup and espresso coffee.
Buffalo Peach Smash
Mint infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon shaken with peach puree and lemon juice and served tall over crushed ice.

Cherry Bakewell
Orgeat and Cherry syrups are combined with cranberry juice and lemonade to create a drink that tastes like Mr.Kipling’s Cherry Bakewell tarts.
Apple Mojito
We take out the Rum and add the Apple juice alongside mint, lime juice and sugar syrup. A very refreshing driver’s option.
Virgin Mule
A non-alcoholic version of the Moscow Mule. Shaking lime juice and sugar syrup and adding ginger beer and a wedge of lime.
Orange & Passion Fruit Sling
A fantastic combination of orange juice and passion fruit puree.
Canadian Apple
Apple juice, lemon juice and maple syrup combine brilliantly. Refreshing and balanced.
